A Salthan polital party. The name basicly translates "Free and Equal". The word Ugisher has a more literal meaning of a flat plain, or hilless expanse of land. They tend twords a more free-market philosophy. They are againt slavery, and are against any sort of caste system. They lean twords a more socialist stance of sharuing of wealth, but to a lesser extend than a mainstream socialist party.
